    I'm really sorry that I missed everyone last night. I way overdid it on Wednesday running errands and going to 3 doctor appointments and ended up in a massive flare. When will I learn that just because I'm having a "good" day doesn't mean I can overdo it? Balance, that's what I need to learn! I hope you guys had a great time! :)
