One of the things that helps anyone, regardless of the challenges they are facing, is hearing how other people are dealing with the same things as them. I want to encourage everyone to add a page on here telling us about your journey with fibromyalgia.

Tell us about the ups and downs, how you got your diagnosis, ways you deal with and prevent flare-ups, how your family has adjusted to your condition, anything really!
