"I was dx'd with Fibro 22 years ago. Initially I was able to control it through diet, exercise and sleep. It has gotten worse and and for about 4 years I have had to use pharmacological methods. Now I'm headed back to natural methods. "

  • "Hello Judy~welcome! I don't have a success story, YET-I'm still working on a diagnosis-looking for a doctor who actually understands/cares. Am I right in saying you stopped the Lyrica because it caused wt. gain and tried Cymbalta which depressed you? I can't take SSRI's-they cause extreme panic attacks in me. My sister takes Lyrica and complains about belly fat increase. I don't know which is worse! Let us know if you find something that works better! Best wishes, Suzi"

  • "HI Danielle and welcome-I just discovered recently that my (half) sister also has had Fibro for years-we weren't raised together so we're always learning new things about one another-what is it that you have found that might help? I'm curious to hear about it! Your post gives me the impression you've got a handle on it! Best wishes, Suzi"

  • "Hello Robin-I'm in CO Springs and just wanted to welcome you and wish you success in your quest to get this under control. I don't post much or go to meetings much because alot of the time, I'm just too dragged down-but I wanted to welcome you and wish you all the best! Suzi"
