- I moved to Georgetown just this past week. I was diagnosed with FM about 6-7 years ago, but also had another diagnose as well, Peripheral Neuropathy. Sometimes I believe I have MS, had no testing. I am 53, a widow of 4 years, and grandmother of 4.

“ 2244 Georgetown, TX 1st Post I just wanted to thank Amy for organizing such a great group. It's so nice to be a part of an FM group again, it's been about 5 years since the last one in Georgia that I went to. I also wanted to thank Linda for a great presentation. It's so nice to know there is hope, and that one of us w/ FM is pain free. The flim was great also and very informative. I was glad that everyone seemed to be open with their conditions, as I think we can help each other. I was wondering if anyone could refer me to a doctor that they think is really good w/ the FM, and doesn't charge an arm & a leg, if that is possible. \ I live in Georgetown, but wouldn't mind driving into Austin or surrounding areas, if they are knowledgeable about FM. I haven't been to a doctor since I moved to Austin last March. I am thinking of giving up my business as it's not doing well, I am also trying to run it myself with no help....and I don't have the energy because of the pain. I am looking into disability and know that I will need to have seen a doctor recently, for reports, ect. Thanks so much ~~ I hope everyone has a pain free weekend.
