This group will be a proactive one where sharing of information will get us all to a new level of health and happiness. I run a similar monthly group in the Boston area and the enthusiasm and caring the group has for one another is wonderful. I want to start a group here in the W. Valley (now that I live here) to share my successes and hear yours as well. We will discuss diet and supplementation, exercise and stretching, medications, mind/body work, you name it ,until we find the right combination of treatments and therapies that get us to a new level of comfort and vitality.

I am a Wellness Consultant, Fibromyalgia Educator and Myotherapist. I have been dedicated to uncovering the mysteries of Fibromyalgia for 25 years and getting to the root cause to live the best life I can.

While there is presently no set fee for attendance I will be asking for donations at each meeting to defray my costs for printing, meetup fees and a donation to the church for the space.
