Our group is an opportunity for people with Fibromyalgia and their friends and family to come together for fellowship, coffee, lunch, or just to visit.

We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m., at the Little Pastry Cafe, 11740 15th NE, Seattle WA 98125.

We also have an educational FMS Support Group which is held at 2 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at Group Health Clinic Northgate 9800 4th Ave. NE, Seattle WA 98125. PARKING is available. Look for the bright yellow signs pointing the way to the room, which is upstairs from the pharmacy.

Because individuals with fibromyalgia are often chemically sensitive, we ask that you not wear fragrances (perfume, cologne, etc.) to our events. Thank you.

This FMS "Coffee Clatch" has been meeting at the LPC since 1998 or 1999 (fibro fog) and is a supplemental meeting to the monthly FMS educational support group that is held at Northgate Group Health on the 4th Thursday of each month.
